Founder David Kaufmann is a native of Pennsylvania and moved to Seaford, Delaware when he was 12 years old. He served with the 200th Military Police Company (EPW), Maryland Army National Guard. David dedicated his life to serving the United States of America and the U.S. Army. While assigned to 200th MP Co, his Unit was mobilized and sent to the Military District of Washington; the Pentagon for the 911 attacks on the United States.

In 2005 David requested and received a release from the National Guard and enlisted in the Active Army and deployed to Iraq. In 2009 he deployed to Afghanistan for a Target Acquisition mission as a radar operator. He was reassigned to Ft. Drum, NY, and deployed to Afghanistan as an Intelligence Analyst.
David medically retired from the United States Army in September of 2020. His diagnosis of PTSD and other physical limitations from injuries sustained while on active duty led him to alternative medicines and ultimately CBD products. These products have help to manage the anxiety and assist with making the pain he suffers from more tolerable.
