This donation goes towards building a better community. Our nation’s young people deserve safety and shelter, and many youths feel they don’t have either. These resources are used to break the cycle of violence through outreach, a safe environment, shelter, and support for women and children in domestic violence situations.
In addition to providing shelter, family therapy, case management, and transition services are provided helping families to establish a new safe home environment on their own with improved skills and resources. 
The money you provide goes to support the empowerment of victims of domestic violence and their children through access to services, legal remedies, public education, economic justice, training, prevention, and systems advocacy initiatives. It is through these efforts that we can help break the cycle of violence.

American Legion Support

The money you provide goes towards services for veterans and their families. 

Over the years, the Legion has influenced considerable social change in America, won hundreds of benefits for veterans, and produced many important programs for children and youth.

Education Donation

This donation goes towards building a better community. Our nation’s young people deserve a good education. Education transforms lives and breaks the cycle of poverty that traps many children. At the beginning of the pandemic, nearly 1.6 billion children were affected by school closures worldwide. Younger children or those who were already below grade level are at greater risk of lifelong poverty. They also have a lower life expectancy and poorer health outcomes. Children who experience abuse, neglect, or dysfunctional parenting at home suffer the double trauma of being cut off from supportive teachers and friends. Many public schools struggle to acquire necessary school resources with their allocated state funding. Teachers often pull from their own pockets to maintain a fully functional classroom and meet all their students’ needs. The next generation is our future. Set young students up for success by supplying their education. A school supplies donation invests in the future by improving the resources available to students.

Together, we can do more than just get kids in the classroom — we can empower them for a brighter future. Equipped with literacy and essential life skills, they can grow into adults who earn higher wages, educate their own children, and have a voice in our community.
